Unfortunately the MediaMarkt deal with the 3070 has ended.
But they also have a 3060ti (which is 17% slower), with a AMD R5 5600G (6 cores/12 threads).
The case has a transparent side panel.
The price is CHF 1’049.30

Do yourself a favor and do not buy this machine. I have a very similar setup (only difference is the cpu, there i have a 3600). The airflow is horrible, the stock cpu fan is a joke. The mainboard has an intel cpu fan socket, since they were trying to save costs in unifying the setup for intel and amd cpu. The mainboard has not a single free 3pin usb socket or any extra connectors at all. When you game, the stock fan is so horribly loud, that your vacuum is likely way more quiet.
After coping with this for a while, i changed to a AIO watercooler, with a slight improvement (at least in idle). The airflow is still horible, and I regret buying this setup even though it really looked nice in store.
Save yourself from headaches and spent 100-200 more for sth decent.
I need to add sth on top here. I am not the only one dissatisfied with this setup. Just google “Omen 30L Cooling” and see the plethora of posts. HP built a joke of a computer here…
My solution is now to buy a new case and a new board.
Yes, you are correct. I’m aware that the airflow is crap and it can get noisy quickly under high demand..
I doubt the CPU will have trouble, as the temps on the R5 5600G are generally low, but a decent Noctua can do the trick EASILY.
However, the GPU will likely RAMP up like a jet engine once you are in demanding games (with RTX or every on Utra setttings).
Some experienced user may consider a water cooled kit for the GPU, which I believe it is likely an MSI. Another option is to get a chiller (as Intel does when presenting their high end chips). 🙂
Jokes aside, it is still the cheapest option available.
It also comes down to the gaming you’ll do. For low demanding eSports games (CS, Apex, LoL, Fortnite, etc.), this unit will do GREAT.
For high AAA gaming at 4K, this PC will struggle to get 60 FPS (with low/medium settings and NO RTX)… while making a lot of FAN noise as soon as you turn features on.
Probably also good to consider waiting until October when RDNA3 and Zen4 are out, as well as Ada Lovelace (RTX 4000 series) and Raptor Lake (Intel).
Do not buy a PC right now if you can wait. The crypto crisis is making more hardware aviable on the used marked every day.
On top this is generally not a good setup and to buy this and then fiddle with any watercooling or such nonsence can only come from a person with no real experiance of putting together hardware and acutally build the pc from the ground up.
You are correct. If possible, wait until October, when RDNA3 (RX 7000), Ada Lovelace (RTX 4000), Zen4 (Ryzen 7000) and Raptor Lake (13th gen Intel) are available.
This is only a good deal if you need a PC NOW.
If you can wait 4 months, better deals will come for SURE.
I have to second thequilla here on the terrible aircooling capabilities of this case.
It looks really nice in the stock photographs (maybe that’s the main point of its design?), but once you look closer, you can see for yourself that there is simply no intake at all.
The front is glass and so is the side. There are two very slim perforated slits next to the front pane, so the intake fan in the front is immediately and fatally starved for air.
The CPU cooler is a top down fan – and a pretty weak one at that – that’s secured with a frankenteinian hackjob in order to fit on an AMD socket. But the side panel is glass as well, so no intake of fresh air there. The rear fan (90 mm I believe, or maybe even that strange 80 mm aberration you can’t get a replacement for) is set to exhaust.
In essence, you get a negative pressure system with hardly any access to fresh air.
Yes, the top and bottom are perforated, which is why this system is also sometimes offered with a liquid cooler. Theoretically, one could put two fans up top to flood the mainboard with fresh air, then add one at the bottom to supply the GPU.
One could also just buy a decently structured case and bypass the hassle of trying to make this thing work as intended.
At the moment, GPU prices are coming down. Get a last-gen board, pick up some DDR4 RAM while you’re at it, build yourself a neat system in a pretty case and don’t fret over this thing.
